Because notary services are official acts, all completed notarial acts are non-refundable. Once a document has been notarized, we cannot reverse or refund the transaction.
If we cannot complete the notary service due to:
…a travel fee or partial service fee may still apply, and no full refund will be issued.
Appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge with a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
In the event of a billing error or overcharge, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. Verified overpayments will be refunded promptly.
